It's All Happening At The Zoo

This past week, before the weather heated up too much and the kids got out of school, my mom, sister, and I took the kids to Brookfield Zoo. We had beautiful, overcast weather and it only rained while we were in the dolphin show. The stroller dried off really quickly and we stayed comfortable during the whole day. It was such a busy day, too. Jed had a blast on the carousel, watching the dolphin show, and seeing the monkeys swinging through the trees. And, no one got crabby even without afternoon naps. Here are some snapshots of our day.Jed is completely in awe of the dolphins as they jump out of the water.We got to see the elephants ham it up for the crowds, showing of how they can play the harmonica and flap their ears.Jed is exhausted after a long day of fun!
